The MyPack project celebrated its achievement by organising a successful final conference on the 2nd February 2022. Over 140 professionals from 31 countries (EU and non-EU) and different stakeholder categories, mainly from the scientific community, packaging and food industry, registered to the event.
Christophe Cotillon (ACTIA), the Coordinator of the MyPack project, welcomed the participants and introduced the project partners and objectives.

The Scientific Coordinator of the MyPack project, Patrice Dole from CTCPA, presented the seven MyPack technologies and the main barriers faced by each technology, also, how the technologies were improved through MyPack guidelines.

Prof. Di Renzo from UNIBAS, presented the main MyPack technology for sustainable packaging, the patented BlowDevice microtechnology. European Commission recognised the BlowDevice as European key technology for food packaging.

Marcel Keuenhof from KIDV and Patrice Dole from CTCPA, presented the MyPack support decision tool for sustainable packaging. The tool can be used by several actors in food packaging as Brand-owners, retailers, packaging manufacturers and producers & importers of packaged goods for improving the sustainability of their packaging portfolio by offering some solutions for achieving better environmental impact.
